    Don't make a deposit, because if you win, you won't get your money.
    Their policy says 3 days for payment approval, THERE IS NO TIME FRAME FOR THE VERIFICATION PROCESS !!! so in reality, the withdrawal in USDC is "in progress" for days, which should be 2 minutes.
    Support doesn't help, in fact, some people were even phlegmatic, copying template texts, only sending emails saying sorry and to be patient.

    By far the worst casino I have ever played at. Lost over €3500 in 3 months and didn't even come close to winning. So far, paid out €0 despite weekly deposits. Wrote several emails to VIP support - no response. Several emails to support - no response.
    I know from other casino sites that you can even get daily cashbacks for your losses (10%).
    When I asked if I could get a cashback for my losses of 3500€, the support employee in the chat gave a clear no.

    If for any reason the payment is not credited to your account, you will never receive it. I do not recommend it under any circumstances, the live support has no idea, they never answered the emails, generally everything is wrong.     Made a few deposits and everything seemed fine, but then came the matter of withdrawing funds...

    I made a withdraw request on Tuesday and now it's Saturday and the withdraw isn't even processed yet. Chat says everything is fine, but don't give me any detailed information.

    I asked for compensation for breach of TC (states that all transactions are processed in 3 business days), but it was shot down. On top of it all: 24/7 chat stated that transactions are "tried" to be processed in 3 days, but the TC states that transaction "are" processed in 3 days. I don't like being lied to, so if you don't either, I don't recommend this casino.

    PS. No verification/KYC involved, so that's not the case here

    Edit: Now it's Sunday and transaction was cancelled. Reason: I need to use same method as was used in deposit... But Sofort isn't listed in withdraw methods. Then they said to use bank transfer, but that was literally the method I was trying to use.
