The player from Brazil had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. We reached out to the player for further information and clarification on the issue, but received no response. Due to the player's lack of response, we were unable to proceed with the investigation. Therefore, the complaint was rejected.

"I requested the withdrawal on February 25, 2024, even though I hadn’t used any bonuses. The payment date was supposed to be February 26, 2024, but there was no payment. I contacted support, and they gave me an additional 2 business days. I waited, but still nothing. Then they asked for 3 more days, and again, nothing. They kept saying it’s in the final payment phase. After 10 days, they finally said they would pay, but my balance disappeared from the casino, and I didn’t receive the money in my account. The casino also deleted the withdrawal history, and now my account shows that I’ve never made any transactions in the casino."

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
