While I like the design, name and simplicity of the website along with the game selection, there was a glitch when I checked my wagering progress and it cancelled it. I had $300 and it took the lot. There was no offer of help to sort it and they basically accused me of canceling it (what the heck? I only had $40 left to wager) For these reasons I probably won't go back

I applied for a withdrawal 11 days ago, but the money has not been withdrawn yet. I was initially told that the money would be withdrawn within three days. I would like them to keep the deadline. I was asked to complete KYC, so I sent the requested image. I sent it by email four days ago. The email I received said they would reply within one business day, but I still haven't heard anything. I hope they will meet the deadline.
