On July 20th, I requested a withdrawal of 500 euros via crypto from Betfoxx. They have a processing time of up to 72 hours. After repeated inquiries, they said "during the day" several times and after repeated false statements in the live chat, they always said that the responsible department had not responded. I tried to use a different withdrawal method but it was ignored or blocked.

I saw another user on your site who has exactly the same problem with Betfoxx as I do. It's being put off and then ignored after a longer period of time.

Hello I’ve been back forth via chat line about my pending withdraw since the 22 August 2024, I’ve done all acts suggested by the agent and am on my 2nd week of waiting a reply via email.. am pondering wether or not to lay a complaint..file

But let me ask you a couple of questions. Are you already verified with the casino ? I'm asking because I see a message there that you have to upload your ID/passport.

The next thing I noticed is that on our website we have a withdrawal limit of 1000 per day. You have a withdrawal that exceeds that amount. The casino didn't tell you anything about this ? 🤔

Hi Jaro, yes I am a verified player. I can only withdraw via crypto the upload id/passport is for visa withdraw option.

I have tried using that form of withdraw it just gets reversed back to my player account.:file

as for withdraw limits they do have them..

No I deposited via visa and they only allow crypto withdraw..

still no response via email and chat line says they can’t help as they have nothing to do with payments..
