Betfoxx withdrawal and support fraud (page 2)

Hi my verification process was pretty fast and I did send it through before I requested my withdrawal, to verify my account I had to send back and front of drivers license, back and front of debit card, utility bill and most recent bank statement. my first withdrawal was processed and paid within hours now my next 2 are a different matter 1 on the 27 September and 1 on the 28th and both are still pending and there is nothing you can do as 62.1 states it can take up to 15 business days

Debit card the same option as I deposited and it isn’t only the withdrawal time which can be as long as 15 business days. You can only withdraw one amount and that is £500. So if you deposit £50 and your lucky enough to win anything you have no option but to keep playing until your balance is £500 because that is both the minimum and maximum amount you can withdraw

Hi was just wondering if you got sorted with your problem, my account is fully verified and I have had 1 withdrawal then my next 2 withdrawals have remained in pending status for 10 days and I have been told their withdrawal process can take anywhere from 72 hours to 15 business days

I understand that, but when you play in a casino, that's 500 withdrawals for one day, am I right? If you win more you can't withdraw more but you have money left and it's possible for the next day, isn't it? I saw that the Win limit per day is 5000, so I suppose you should have that left, you just can't withdraw it all at once.

No the only amount you can withdraw is £500.

so if you have say £800 you can withdraw £500 and you have to keep playing with the other £300 till it’s either gone or up to £500.

i don’t know about anyone else but a couple of hundred pounds is a lot to me to just play on with hoping to get it to the magic £500

I understand better now. I thought that there would be a limit per day and that it would not be possible to withdraw more, but if it is not possible to withdraw less, I would not be happy either. Rather it is such a disadvantage for the player and he has to be lucky to get to the given amount again. 

This casino would probably not be suitable for me. 😕

I gave up in the end, cancelled the withdrawl and played until it was done. I won’t play there again x

I hate to hear that and I'm sorry. Why didn't you try asking for help? Even though a player might feel that nothing can be solved by making a complaint, it makes sense. At the very least, if the casino doesn't address these situations its safety index will be lowered if it doesn't deal with what's important. So whenever you have a case like this or you feel that a situation is unfair to you, I would definitely try this option as well. That way players can help each other and discover casinos that we have listed as fresh from time to time and get information about them. 

It's a shame. 😕

Update on my withdrawals from Betfoxx have just received one of the £500 withdrawals tonight 08/10/2024 so hopefully the next one will be soon

Think I spoke too soon 9 days later and I’m still waiting on other withdrawal which I find very strange especially as both withdrawals were requested within minutes of each other…. Also their customer support is no help at all the only thing they say is the T&Cs state payments are usually approved within 72 hours but can take up 15 working days

Although I know it would certainly not be pleasant for me to wait two weeks, that's exactly the time we give casinos to send money to a player. If you got one withdrawal, I would be patient and if nothing changes, then I would recommend filing a complaint. Until then, I would try to follow up maybe once every two days to see how the withdrawal is going, but if they have said that it might be in that time frame, then obviously you'll have to wait and see how it develops. 

Do you think you can hold out? 

My 15 days passed. I was 100% I would not see a penny.. I wasn't getting reply off live chat or email.. Spoke to my bank about a chargeback, they paid all deposits within a couple of hours.. Send a final email to Betfoxx saying my bank are now dealing with a fraudulent claim.. Surprise surprise. Got an email saying account will be closed ASAP and refunded my deposits... Paid the bank back... Case closed.... DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!

Good that you dealt with it this way, and maybe it is even better that they closed your account, in my opinion.

Hi. I’ve been having same issues. Had £500 pending since 13th Oct. I had two pending at same time time and I’ve only received one of them. I’ve been asking daily. Tried going back onto site and looks like it’s been closed down. Is there any chance I will receive that money and what options do I have available to me ?

Hello, I would say that if you've received money recently, that's pretty good news because the casino doesn't cooperate with us and doesn't respond to complaints and I haven't seen a player receiving money for a long time. 

Also the safety index is pretty bad but I haven't seen the casino closed. Also the casino operates without a license so there is not much to turn to in this case, which makes me even more certain that it will be hard to get the money. 

However, if you wrote to them daily, did they write you back and let you know about the withdrawal?

Thanks for responding. Yeah I received a email yesterday from them saying it’s still being processed. The fact I’m still within the apparent time frame, it’s just a waiting game atm. Its now been ten days tho, so I’ll chase up once more later this evening.

Website still up and running I just can’t access it through my phone anymore, but I can still open account when I tried with another device .

One operator states 1-10 days and another one told me72hrs -15 days.

Maybe I need to wait the full 15 🤷‍♂️

I would be very happy if you got the money eventually, and I guess there is nothing to do but wait and see how it develops. Feel free to let me know how it all turns out and I will wish you a positive outcome. Be sure not to gamble with the money so you don't lose it.

Hi just need a bit of advice so 9 October I won 1000 I received 500 of this money with in 5 hours 500 still pending the 11 0ctober I since won another 1500 so there is 2000 pending I've spoken to betfoxx daily allowance I get I have to to wait 15 working days so It should clear 29 October and 31 October just have a gut feeling I'm not going to get it,as anyone had a payment on the 15 th working days
