Hi
I’m in a similar situation like your good self. Had two £500 pending, receive one in a few hrs and still waiting for other since 13th. I ask daily and I was told 10days, now it’s 72hrs to 15 working days. So still waiting.
I’m behind you tho in the pecking order, since you been waiting longer.
Hope you manage to get all your winnings. Their banking on you cancelling it, I usually do, but I’m holding firm with this one.
I’ll inform you if I receive mine.
Regards
Andy

Hi just need a bit of advice so 9 October I won 1000 I received 500 of this money with in 5 hours 500 still pending the 11 0ctober I since won another 1500 so there is 2000 pending I've spoken to betfoxx daily allowance I get I have to to wait 15 working days so It should clear 29 October and 31 October just have a gut feeling I'm not going to get it,as anyone had a payment on the 15 th working days
Hello, I'm quite surprised that you got even one withdrawal with the casino's Safety Index. Maybe it's their tactic to give the player some money so that everything is fine and then you don't withdraw anything from the casino. But it doesn't have to be like that, I just have a feeling from what players write that it is exactly like that and everyone has the same problem. We also give casinos 14 days to pay out players and if nothing happens you can file a complaint even though it will probably be closed right away since the casino doesn't respond to us, but it will get more black points and the safety index will be even lower.
So I would try to wait until the mentioned time and if nothing changes and they don't let you know, then feel free to write if you don't know how to file a complaint.
Hi I've had a reply off betfoxx telling me not to worry the payments will be paid rest assured, but if payment is not made I didn't know whether to goto my bank and ask for charge back but I'm not quite sure how that works 😕 thanks Caroline.
Hi
I’ve had same feedback and been told that all withdrawals are always approved. So I’m waiting for 15days to pass before I make another move.
I know someone on this Forum was successful with chargebacks to bank, so I tried it and with it being a betting site my bank wasn’t so forthcoming.
Hopefully you’ll have better luck if it comes to that.
If I may add my opinion, I would not be so tolerable at all. According to our findings, this casino is not to be trusted. Trying to get back the deposit hence sounds good to me. If you need help with it, I suggest you look at this specific thread 👈👈
You will undoubtedly find hints about the chargebacks if you locate a player from your country there. I would really like to assist myself, but from what I understand, things are very different in the UK, and the possibility may also vary depending on the bank.
Of course, it is your choice if you would rather give the casino some time. I simply reasoned that taking the chargeback into account as a viable option would not hurt.

Hi who told you that they always process payments 15 days? I would assume if they didnt pay everyone they would be shut down 👇
I bet this is the answer: "We (Casino Guru) also give casinos 14 days to pay out players and if nothing happens you can file a complaint even though it will probably be closed right away since the casino doesn't respond to us, but it will get more black points and the safety index will be even lower."
Just n observation.
I should also mention that a lot of websites still exist that do not pay out. For example, if a scam casino lacks a license, there is no power to shut it down until the players at least file a lawsuit. It has frequently not even been sufficient. I would advise against relying on such expectations.
For instance, even though this website is still operational, it could not be worse:
Hi just to let you know that I got email from betfoxx asking to upload a picture of my card in order to get my winnings,so I received my payment from the 9 October of 500 yay 😁 but still 1500 pending only to find 500 back to my betfoxx balance so I emailed them again and they said 1500 in one day is not allowed so hopefully October 31st I should get 1000 and 500 15 November have you had any update on your winnings?
Thank you for this update, and hopefully you will receive the rest of your money soon as well.
I just noticed that you probably wanted to ask someone in particular your question, so please use the "reply" button so the user can get notified.🙂
