I won’t be. It’s just frustrating how they can say between 72hours and 15 business days I checked they’re t&c can’t find that as if that was true they’d not get a licence
So, the only explanation you got from the casino is that the delay is caused by some overload of withdrawals, right?
I hope that it is really like that and the casino will soon send the second payment as well.

Hey, I’ve had same problem 1st withdrawal went through waiting on my 2nd one which had been a week so far, I didn’t realise that that it was minimum withdrawal of £500 which is harsh.
im really trying my hardest not to reverse the withdrawal cos that’s clearly what that want me to do.

I would probably suggest you to wait a bit and see how it will go with the second withdrawal, and then if you see that it is not moving, file a complaint here, and our team will have a look into things for sure.

First withdrawal from 8th of Oct processed within 72hrs. I have two other pending withdrawals from 9th of Oct and 15th Oct. On Friday last week I contacted online support who advised me that they have requested additional details on credit card used, all provided back to them right away. Nothing happened since and they say they still have no news and I need to wait or email. They have not responded to a single email of mine. I can only manage to talk to someone on the online support
You should receive it this week there is a 5 hour time difference they start working at 5pm until 1am I only got my withdrawal late on in the night
