Anyone ever been involved with Kinguin at any point? If so let me know - I know someone who is literally taking them to court over the purchase of gambling vouchers.

I got £3500 back crypto cant remember the site but they use your money to buy them it was through paypal though the refund I just said I never received or bought gaming vouchers

Did you ever buy any vouchers for Betbeard specifically? His situation is that he bought almost £5000 of Betbeard vouchers in 2022/23 - he won and tried to withdraw but Betbeard stole his money and shutdown. They have now reopened as "Betcake" with the same scam owners but he has never received a penny. Kinguin falsified evidence in his chargeback request claiming the purchases were for a variety of PC Games and disputes were rejected. What Kinguin don't know is that their failure to apply VAT to sales purchases in the UK means that HMRC have got involved and he has been advised to get a court ruling. Has even appointed lawyers in Hong Kong!

Allegedly the biggest crooks going - even had the audacity to disappear overnight with player account balances and open up half a year later as Betcake. Kinguin really though are offering a highly illegal service - think he is right to go after them.

Yes they are in it together my chargebacks were easy to raise you just do it yourself on paypal then about 10 days or so later all refunded they might have done work arounds on it now it was about 18 months ago maybe more he should get it by chargebacks to be honest its the old story getting them raised

They were rejected for the reasons mentioned - kinguin claimed that they were for PC Games despite the fact that he can show they were not from his transaction history on the platform. So messed up. Chargebacks can only be raised once so even the Ombudsman couldn't help. Only way to recover for him is legal action.

There are receipts for Betbeard vouchers - Kinguin have emailed confirming they sent incorrect information to Mastercard/Bank due to some nonsense about a rewards and promotions programme...yet there is nothing the bank or Mastercard can do because the chargeback was already rejected and they can only do it once.

Literally the evidence is £100 purchase GTA V Add on etc. It is basically a lie.

Well got some good news after sending several emails to Wise with ombudsman copied in they have now confirmed the chargebacks are raised they were back in May so over 120 days so strange one but no refunds right away I have to wait 35-50 days on the outcome so it looks like £2000 coming my way soon though im still gutted about Kinghills ive got it down to a £4500 loss now as put in £2800 and got £4100 paid today if I never won it was going to be an £8600 loss but my bank gambling advisor wants to speak to me about doing all this again she is back on 30th I was honest with her sent a few texts about being clean for 4 months then relapsed and also asked should I send the template as it was done and the person was refunded not sure what way to go now to be honest

No - as it is a coverall they are trying to phase it out and have more specific codes. However, it is still used.

I would suggest an email.


looks more professional and leaves a trace which the bookmakers probably want to deal friendly with.


use the template I’ve provided - seems to shake the bookmakers up. Especially mentioning that a chargeback will be carried out regards by your bank and that they risk being investigated and persecuted

Ok Sky will do the bank are already involved now as per call yesterday but not chargebacks yet also ive got letters of over 60 similar raised by them I am losing £4100 now I would be looking to recover what was lost it will help me stop it as well I hope it goes well im not sure when to begin got another withdrawal pending for £1300 after putting in £900 just there i mean they seem to be fair and payout fast but the slots are fake or rigged I reckon

does anyone ever came across NikoTPF*Global Stride on a bank statement?

These are fraudulent transactions that came up to my statement after a leak.

I see London as destination in the statement.

I tried to contact Elegro and FreshBet Casino. Elegro insist on somebody contacting them from the bank, Freshbet does not want to help since I never had a Freshbet (or any online casino) account.


Does anyone have any idea who can I turn to with a refund request?
