Unfortunately, in my case this was another one of the worse experiences with Stable Tech; apparently, there seem to be big differences between the casinos.
At 6 PM I received an email offering a 200% bonus or 200 spins, which was also displayed after logging in (screenshots available). I deposited using the code (the deposit page confirmed the bonus amount). The bonus has not been activated, and live chat has repeatedly stated that it has expired, despite a 10-minute-old screenshot from my login showing the offer.
Mistakes can happen, no problem. In 99% of cases, the request to have a manager check that the bonus has been offered is forwarded, you wait to use the deposit, and then you soon receive an email confirming that you have manually activated it.
Unfortunately, even after requesting to be forwarded and manually activated three times, I only received a message apologizing that the code had expired and a refund of the deposit was not possible. Well, I'll check what Revolut has to say about it this weekend. =) But honestly, if something is displayed incorrectly, okay, but why they can't just quickly check it and have a manager, rather than a chat agent, activate it is beyond me. If they can't handle such simple processes, then in my opinion, the casino isn't well-managed or the agents aren't properly trained, and you can imagine the problems that arise when bigger issues arise. Now I have to go through the hassle of initiating a chargeback for 20 euros, simply on principle – what a shame.

Hier leider auch auf 3x bitte um weiterleitung und manuelle Aktivierung nur der Hinweis es tät ihm leid und der Code sei abgelaufen, eine Rückzahlung der Einzahlung nicht möglich - nungut, werde ich dann am Wochenende mal schauen, was Revolut dazu sagt =) Aber ganz ehrlich, wenn mal sowas falsch angezeigt wird okee aber das man dann das nicht kurz prüfen und von einem Manager aktrivieren lässt als Chat Agent bzw. nicht kann, bleibt mir ein Rätsel. Wenn man solch einfachen Prozesse nicht kann, ist ein Casino meiner Meinung nach nicht gut gemanaged bzw. die Agenten nicht gut trainiert und man kann sich ausmalen wie es bei grösseren Problemen dann Probleme gibt. Nun hab ich den Aufwand das Chargeback anzustossen wegen 20 Euro, einfach aus Prinzip - schade.
