Play free simple card game to test your gambling style

Hi folks,

I am thrilled that we are running the campaign with a gambling risk assessment game again! It is for Safer Gambling Week 2025 now and you can test your gambling style by playing a simple card game. You might remember it from last year.

The science-based algorithm will calculate your risk-taking style based on your decisions while you draw 80 cards from 4 different packs. Your goal is to maximize your winnings.

At the end of the game, you will gain access to an analysis of your gambling behaviour, with detailed feedback on your strategy and sensitivity to rewards, losses, and frequency of wins.

We do these campaigns as part of Problem Gambling Awareness Month and Safer Gambling Week, with the intention of making everyone's gambling safer. Check out websites for important information about safer playing.

We are glad that you like the new look.

As for the results, we wrote about it together, you can try again, whether you would be more careful this time or it would still be the same. In any case, even with such a result, at least you know what to look out for if you play for real money.

So as they say, everything bad is good for something. 🙂

This is a great initiative! The combination of the game and risk analysis makes the approach interesting and useful. Do you have any recommendations for players based on their results?

Hey, we're glad you like it. I'm not sure if it's also displayed at the end or if it's just how much of a gambler the player is. I would say something in between would be good for me at least. Sometimes to gamble but not enough to lose a lot of money and enjoy the game at the same time. Someone likes to be defensive all the time and someone prefers to take a lot of risks and might lose a lot of money. 

So I guess it's whatever suits you best.🙂

Please share your experience with it.

I tried it a few days ago, I thought it would give me a very high risk profile but it didn't, I suppose that having a finite number of plays and not being real money it was not able to detect my "compulsive" way of playing, really, and unfortunately, I have a high risk profile.

It's great that you got involved again. I think there's a pattern that players can recognize quite easily, and I think it's quite accurate. If you behave differently when playing for real money than when you tried this game, then the result may be different. 

If you played this game as if you were playing in a casino, then it should be more precise. 🙂
