Talking to support they say its an adminitration decision.. I literally just opened the account!!
I have never had any account at Maltix Limited casinos so i guess they are in secret part of some other group of casinos.

The player from Sweden faced issues with Betinia Casino, as his withdrawal had been cancelled due to the use of a different payment method (Zimpler) for the withdrawal than what was used for the recent deposit.
