Hi there deposited 200 on this site and lost..then deposited another 200 and won and decided to cash out 500...once I go to cash out it won't let me and says account is restricted...I went to live chat and they didn't have a reason as to why..theybdaid to email support..which I did..a few days later I still haven't heard back so I went to live chat again ..told me same thing email support.. I feel like there not even looking at it and are completely ignoring me..I am verified on this site and have cashed out many many many times. Can you please help me get my withdrawl? Thank you
