I have been waiting over the amount of days they said they would have my withdrawal processed by. I've contacted support and they are saying due to high numbers of people winning there has been a delay with my withdrawal after reading all of the complaints I'm really worried. I have one withdrawal of 1000 and another of 500 and they keep saying my money's safe I've asked them what documents I have to send for verification and they say none. It's really stressful because I've never had this problem

  • Since when are your withdrawals pending?
  • Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus?
  • When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

It says my account doesn't need verifying I did ask them where I send supporting documents and they said I don't need to.


I accumulated my winnings with real money as I never use bonus.


My withdrawal has been pending since the 22/11/2024


I spoke to casino chat today again and they are still saying the have system overload and are having problems because there are so many withdrawal requests I ask them for a time frame and they have no information they can give me they thank me for trusting them even though I don't after seeing all the complaints.

We always recommend to wait 14 days for any withdrawals to be processed. If it's been less I can only advise to wait.

Please let us know in a few days if the money has arrived or in case of any updates regarding the payment.

It was declined and put back to my account because I had a dash between the numbers in my bank account details so I have withdrawed again without the dash and will see how it goes.
