According to terms and conditions withdrawals need 3 business days. Delays can occur only when kyc is pending. But note that i sent email with all my documents and legiano replied that they are not needed as of now. If we take into consideration all that its a breach of terms by legianos side.

This casino is horrible. Stay away. I had big problems with withdrawals on this site. I now have the same problem with another casino run by the same group (polestar). I advise against all casinos under the Rabidi NV group. I deposited large amounts and withdrew them from time to time. After that, I received an email saying that I was a VIP and would be assigned a VIP manager. He offered me a cash bonus if I contacted him via WhatsApp.

The next day and for the next 4 days I was ignored both by email and on WhatsApp.
So I was offered a bonus if I deposit - I deposited and was ignored after that.
I have also asked several times not to send me SMS and emails with offers. Sometimes you receive several SMS and emails a day and you can't even block them. My VIP person no longer responds to that either.

Ich habe größere Beträge eingezahlt, zwischendurch auch ausgezahlt, danach erhielt ich eine Email, dass ich VIP bin und einen VIP-Manager zur Verfügung gestellt bekomme. Dieser bot mir an, wenn ich ihn über Whatsapp kontaktiere, dass ich einen Cashbonus erhalte.
Anfangs erhielt ich hin und wieder Boni, nachdem ich auch etwas gewonnen habe, wurde die Kommunikation immer weniger - man erhielt kaum noch Antworten bzw. nach mehreren Tagen "sorry, hatte IT-Probleme" oder "ich war krank" - danach wurde mir erneut ein Cashback-Bonus auf meine Einzahlungen der nächsten Tage angeboten und die Info, dass "morgen könntest du nach diesem anfragen und ich schalte ihn dir frei". Am Tag darauf sowie die nächsten 4 Tage wurde ich sowohl per Email als auch auf Whatsapp ignoriert.
Also wurde mir ein Bonus angeboten, wenn ich einzahle - ich habe eingezahlt und wurde danach ignoriert.
Ebenso bat ich schon mehrmals darum, mir keine SMS und E-Mails mit Angeboten zu schicken. Man erhält teilweise täglich mehrere SMS und E-Mails, kann diese nicht mal blockieren. Auch darauf reagiert mein VIP-Mensch nicht mehr.
Schlussendlich sei zu erwähnen, dass die Seite Abends immer wieder hängt und Spiele abgebrochen werden.
Sollte sich dies nicht aufklären, kann man vor dieser Seite nur eindringlich warnen. Das klingt offensichtlich nach Betrug durch den VIP-Manager "Maury". Habe noch nie so etwas erlebt.
Ein Nachtrag: ich bitte legiano seit mehreren Tagen per Mail, Chat und WhatsApp meinen Account zu schließen. Keine Reaktion.
