The player from Germany is having difficulties receiving his funds. The player confirmed he received his winnings.
On October 22nd, 2021 and on October 23rd, 2021 I applied for 2 external payments in the amount of 500 € each. The payouts were also successfully processed by the casino on November 3rd, 2021. I also received the confirmation emails. But the cash was never paid out. The payouts are still on "Processing". On request in support, I am informed every day that I should continue to be patient without giving a reason.
It is not the first payment there. I have already made 4 withdrawals with which there were no problems
Habe am 22.10.2021 und am 23.10.2021 2 Auazahlungen beantragt in Höhe von jeweils 500€. Die Auszahlungen wurden am 03.11.2021 auch erfolgreich vom Casino bearbeitet. Die Bestätigungs emails habe ich auch erhalten. Aber das Gekd wurde nie ausgezahlt. Die Auszahlungen stehen im Verlauf weiterhin auf „Processing". Auf Anfrage im Support bekomme ich jeden Tag mitgeteilt das ich mich weiter gedulden soll ohne einen Grund zu nennen.
Es sind nicht die ersten Auazahlungen dort. Ich habe schon 4 Auszahlungen getätigt bei denen es keine Probleme gab

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
Since the payment was processed on 3rd November, I would suggest waiting for one more week. I will keep this complaint open, and if you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you. Thank you for your understanding,

Many thanks for the answer. Okay then I'll just wait a few more days. I just find it outrageous not to receive a clear statement from the casino what exactly it is
