I’ve been a consistent player with these casino brands for over two years, but unfortunately, my experience has gone steadily downhill.
Customer support is one of the biggest issues. Live chat agents often feel more like automated bots than real people — giving the same scripted answers without actually addressing questions or concerns. There’s a noticeable lack of genuine care or effort from the support team, which makes it frustrating to deal with even simple issues.
Bonuses are another sore point. They’re rarely added automatically, and when they are, they come with restrictive terms that make them almost useless. It’s not uncommon to wait 20–30 minutes for a bonus to be credited, even after providing screenshots or email proof. The "no deposit" offers are also overly restrictive and hardly worth the trouble.
Withdrawal limits are disappointingly low, especially for loyal or VIP players. Despite playing regularly and depositing consistently, support never offers personalized bonuses or incentives — something that’s standard with many competitors.
After trying a provincially licensed casino recently, I realized how much more transparent and player-friendly those platforms are. Compared to that, these brands feel outdated, overly restrictive, and indifferent toward their long-term customers.
Unless there are major improvements in customer service, bonus management, and withdrawal policies, I can’t recommend these casinos to anyone looking for a fair or enjoyable experience.

This is the worst online casino I have played on. First, to make a withdrawal, it takes 3 days just for them to look at it, let alone process your funds. Second, you can only withdraw 750 a day...seriously? Third, you cannot verify until they ask you for verification; therefore, your first withdrawal could take weeks to months, depending on when they decide to verify you. I have to wonder if anyone actually receives their winnings or if the casino just keeps people's money for themselves. One of the many casinos with this bonus crab stuff, one with few reviews so far and if I had seen beforehand that it only had 2.2 out of 5 on Trustpilot I might not have deposited but I always check CasinoGuru and AskGamblers for casinos to see if a casino has any open complaints there that it hasn't resolved, if not I'll give it a chance.
