Case summary

The player from Saskatchewan had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks before contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. We had advised the player to be patient as withdrawals could take several days or weeks to fully process, possibly due to unfinished KYC verification or high volume of withdrawal requests. We extended the timer by 7 days for the player to respond. However, due to the lack of player's response, we were unable to investigate further and the complaint had been rejected.

I tried to withdraw my money on March 23, 2024 via Interac e transfer. An error message came up over and over again with no real details as to why. So I asked live chat what’s up. They were telling me to use Google chrome incognito mode, asking me if I used the same withdraw method as deposit method. (Which I did). Asked me to clear cookies etc. I did all that. Withdraw still did not work. Live chat asked me to use bank transfer method for withdraw but the problem was there isn’t that option! I found that kind of strange to be asked to use that method when it wasn’t available in the first place.

eventually I was told they would forward this issue to the technical department and I would hear back from them most likely after the weekend. I kept emailing support over and over again without any reply back. So I had to keep complaining about no response from support via the live chat. Live chat asked me for my bank transfer details. I provided them with the numbers necessary to put the funds in my account. I was told again I would be contacted soon. I have not once been contacted about an update what’s actually going on regarding my withdrawal. Beware of this site everyone!!

Dear adamversion1,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
Complaints Resolution Center
