Made a withdrawal on Saturday the 17th of August and it has been pending ever since. I have messaged them a few times and get told everything's fine and I should wait but it has been longer then the 3 business days that they advertise. Haven't done any KYC as it's not an option.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
