Very very very poor experience used quite a few of these and never had such a difficult time getting verified it's one thing after another I've seriously uploaded over 20 files, these guys could easily steal my information I feel like an idiot,seriously avoid this site like it's cancer I've used alot of gambling sites and it's normally a 5 minute process to get verified and skycrown make it take weeks I give up,now im just here to warn people so they don't go through what I did.

I am not sure about the bad reviews. I played with this Casino recently and has been paid multiple times.

The only thing I noticed is that after a win, you don't get another hit even after trying different slots with different bets which I find a bit odd.

After winning $3500 for a $200 investment, I played again for $500 after the money landed on my account and never won anything. I guess that’s Gamble or unlucky streak? Who knows… but customer service is good, just 50/50 with games after trialling 100 spins with zero winnings couple of days after the big win.

my experience with this company has been challenging at best , depositing money is easy but withdrawing absolute nightmare . About a week prior to the 26th of July 2023 I won $1000 so I started the "verification " process. What a joke! After a couple of days talking to the live chat staff I had gotten nowhere until I started emailing them and after 5/6 emails I think I got an actual person to reply to me and within 2 hours I was verified. So on the 26th of July I withdrew $1000. Tomorrow will mark day 21 with no money! 21 days!! Every email is a generic response and identical to the email before it. Saying " Our finance department checks all withdrawals on the first come basis" witch means there are potentially hundreds of people still waiting on money.. They don’t like to pay out and clearly are hoping I will cancel my withdrawal and continue to play. That’s not happening. I will come back every 2 days from now on with an update..

The casino advertises false on purpose. I was only playing live casino and didn't receive my live cashback because I accepted the free spins (value 3€) that the live chat offered me. Hi ,

Played this week first time , deposit money with my debit card you can use it as a creditcard without real credit . So in South Africa the number is at the back . Played and won 112.000 . Played till 89000 Rand then I wanted to withdraw 80.000 Rand . They keep refusing to verification of my debit card . The number at the back is used sent them really everything. From statements to letters . They keep rejecting my withdraw. Then they wanted me a letter stated that I use that card . They wanted the first 4 and last 6 numbers from my debit ( Mastercard ) in bankstatements you can see the last for digits of the card linked on my bankaccount . After depositing about 10k I finally had a stroke of luck. It continued and I decided to withdraw. Verification was quick but when it comes to withdrawing, they purposely delay. Their website says all withdrawals will be processed in 1 hour, this is absolutely untrue and deceitful. I lost over $40K, which I realise is in my control. Even when I asked to close my account and have the funds processed they delayed.

Don’t play here - I promise you will lose. Even if you win, you will lose. That’s what they want!!! Thankfully I can afford to lose so I’ll take my business elsewhere. There are so many better options out there. Avoid this casino at all costs!
