The player from Malaysia had been unable to withdraw his winnings from an online casino, despite having requested the withdrawal over a week prior. The casino had asked for account verification, to which the player had complied by providing an identity card and selfie. However, the casino later requested a VISA and residential permit from Thailand, which the player couldn't provide as he was Singaporean and was using a VPN to access the casino. The player had also faced issues providing proof of residency as he was living with his parents and the utility bills were not in his name. After a series of back and forth communications, the player eventually submitted a utility bill in Thai, which was initially rejected by the casino. The Complaints Team had intervened and after some delay, the player finally received his winnings. The issue was then marked as 'resolved' by the Complaints Team.

its been more than 1 week since I submitted my withdrawal. Live chat replies like a robot. Email their support gets reply after 5 days. At first they say withdrawal will be processed after 3 days which is unacceptable I never come across a casino that takes 3 days to process a withdrawal. After 3 days still didn’t process withdrawal so messaged live chat again they said need verify account. Until now it’s been a week still nothing happening. Scam casino

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

We give two weeks for casinos to reply. If they will not provide us with an answer by then, the complaint will be closed as unresolved and it will affect the casino's Safety Index negatively.

I have received information that you have not only used Thai VPN while registering, but also have set Thailand as your country of residence, which means that you have provided false information. Unless you will provide proof of residence in the country that you have chosen while registering we cannot help you. Do you anything to add?
