As a VIP player at CrownPlay, I regularly deposited €2,000 per month and received special VIP offers. After changing my VIP manager, these bonuses were suddenly denied to me – without prior notice.
Instead, I've been kept waiting since June 19th, receiving no answers from the VIP manager, and support just keeps putting me off.
The icing on the cake: Although CrownPlay claims to operate under an Anjouan license, the required site seal is missing from the website – making complaints almost impossible.
I have now submitted an official complaint to the Anjouan Gaming Authority and cannot currently recommend CrownPlay.
