I registered on Saturday at CasinoBuck because I had good experience so far with the N1-group. I deposited a lot – about 1000 Euro and made it to a winning of 4520 that I withdraw on Sunday.


I havent played with any bonus, I am fully verified and it is happening nothing. The terms say they process withdrawals within a couple of hours, the FAQ even withing an hour. When you start the chat and click on withdrawal-issue you first get an automatic answer which says it can take up to 24 hours.


Well, we count almost 96 hours. The chat keeps telling me to wait and to be patient.

I really thought about submitting a complaint but after some research in the internet and having read complaints about other casinos from this group I realised a pattern. The same things I get told from the chat support, the delaying from withdrawals without reason – I read a lot.


I am really desperate and helpless. Please help me to get my money.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Thank you very much for helping me, its very much appreciated. Its almost paradox that you obviously take more time and give me more support with my issue than the casino itself.

Well, I understand your patience and your point in it sometimes can take time but then in my opinion the casino should write in their terms that its possible to wait a long time to receive a withdrawal.


My verification is completed and my withdrawal is still pending – I could stop it still if I wanted. Its absolutely unfair and after me writing the casino that I was about to complain now, but that I would stop the complaint if they are finally going to pay me out, it was again the standard answer "please wait a bit more". I am tired reading this.

Oh! They JUST approved my withdrawal and its unbelievable but its on my bank account NOW. But it was only the pressure of making a complaint, I am sure. You can close the complaint now and I am so happy about your support!
