Hello, on 7/22 I deposited a small amount at this casino. This was debited from my bank account but not credited to the casino. Customer service has received the transfer confirmation from me. Since then, I've been waiting for something to happen, but you only get told you should be patient, it is checked.
It's been 8 days now, I can't understand what's such a big problem.
Hallo, am 22.7. habe ich einen kleinen Betrag bei diesem Casino eingezahlt. Dieser wurde mir von meinem Bankkonto abgebucht aber nicht im Casino gutgeschrieben. Der Kundenservice hat von mir die Überweisungsbestätigung erhalten. Seitdem warte ich nun das sich etwas tut aber man bekommt immer nur gesagt man soll noch Geduld haben es wird überprüft.
Mittlerweile sind es 8 Tage, ich kann das nicht nachvollziehen was daran so ein großes Problem ist.

They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
