Hi ,


I tried this casino again, we had a history and my last complaint was rejected . Now I deposit 800 Rand .. all screenshots to proof .. money went from my account.. so called not on there’s .


not helpfully not willing … now I need to wait . Asked them how long … ????? I need to contact my bank … this same issue was when I won 100.000 Rand and I couldn’t withdraw… now again same problem . But with new credit card so no issues .

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that might take up to one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Ok thanks for coming back ! Statements won’t lie ! I’m don’t understand nobody from sky crown is giving a answer ! So i lost 800 Rand ..


but still a 8.1 as a good casino .


just lust again ! You will never win or get payed by casino .

So I guess i lost my money … the previous time you told me guys I wasn’t right . But yeah again 800 Rand missing . The customer had to deal with it . They literally don’t give prober answers.

Sorry they just took my money , no answer .. no nothing .. Abd the worst thing they blocked me from live chat 800 Rand .. about €40 … so if you had a history…. Not even a sorry ( sent them all paperwork … why is this casino stil on 8.1 scale ? The casino won’t reply

Yes , after many emails finally .. also closed the account after to many issues . Not even a prober sorry from there side … so good luck with the casino .

The lost 800 Rand I played yes … not going to wait more … had my experience with this casino.


so time to close it ….. sent them a message but didn’t got a message back . But even when I received the 800 Rand .. not even a sorry or … no after my 80.000 Rand experience… there are more casinos … have a good weekend
