For days I haven't been able to get the ok to verify my account for withdrawals. I changed my home address after registering and the site shows the old one that I can't change.
now they receive the documents with the new address but they keep refusing them because they see a different address. a nightmare and in the emails we write to each other they don't understand it.

I'm a new customer and I just want to say as a first impression I'm very disappointed with this casino.

1st you advertise the G1 promo code which includes a 100% deposit bonus and 100 free spins. I made a deposit inactivated G1 nothing happened before playing I asked Amanda to fix this, she had no idea what the promo code is I sent her a screen shots so she can be knowledgeable about the products and services you are offering she said she will contact support and fix it nothing happened.

2nd after being tired of waiting I tried crazy time, it didn't work because my deposit wasn't in euro it was in Bitcoin but for some reason I can't place an bet in AUD which doesn't make sense as I didn't deposit AUD i deposited Bitcoin

The site is very well structured and has all the necessary providers. The slots are going very well and there are no server problems, I deposited €50 with the 100% bonus. In the end I was able to withdraw €700, the verification went pretty smoothly. There were a few problems with the withdrawal request via bank at the beginning. Tried over a longer period of time to get my account approved in order to withdraw money. Have sent all information and 5 of them have been approved, the rest just stand and are neither approved nor rejected.
