Tried over a longer period of time to get my account approved in order to withdraw money. They don't accept ewallets for receive welcome bonuses.Please read terms before deposit. I received email with code for no deposit bonus , didn't work . After talking with support,she asked me for screenshot.I uploaded , waiting half hour to check my account.After that she said that i can't get this bonus.Tommorow i closed account.Supports was rude and unfriendly.They need to change name of casino.

I deposited 500 euros and ended up winning 30,000 euros. After the initial joy came the fear that I would ever receive the money.

1st step: set cool-down phase for 1 week: it worked!
2nd step: profile verification: it worked within 24 hours!
3rd step: requested payment of 5000 euros (maximum daily limit): was "approved" 3 days later.
4th step: received money: worked
5th step: next 5000 requested: we will see
