The casino allowed me to make a deposit with visa but not withdrawal. I discovered this during the verification process. I have had to open an ewallet account and make another deposit but they re not accepting the verification for this payment method. Everything has been verified but they are asking for something I cannot get

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

It gets better. After many hours they accepted my documents. They sent me an email that said I needed to make a second deposit via another method. They said I wouldn't incur wagering requirements. I have it in email. They are enforcing wagering requirements on me now and refusing to pay out. This is a scam.


I didn't even want to make a second deposit. This is the only option they gave me for cashing out.

It's been sorted eventually when i threatened legal action. They come up with excuses to not let you cash out via your deposit method. The only options they provide are not even eligible in your country of residence. I was told I had to cash out via Skrill or Neteller and that wasn't even a viable option. Never again.
