account was verified from day 1. When I click into verification, it’s states ‘it looks like your account does not require verification, enjoy our games’



deposit of real money was made on 19th of December. Amount of $205 AUD



Last time I spoke to company was 1st of January (employee named joss). Stated: apologize for the inconvenience caused by the long withdrawal delay. We understand the impact this has had on you and want to assure you that as per checking with the finance department, they have informed me that they are actively working to pay the funds as soon as possible. Hi nick, I’ll send you the email I received on friday the 10th of January. I generally check in every couple of days.


I emailed them saying this:

Hi, 22 days and still counting for my first withdraw request. It’s unacceptable.

I need some answers, please let me know if I can assist.


I got this reply (the same reply I’ve been getting for 22 days): Dear Aydin Djemil,

I have now requested my second $750 withdraw, we will see how long it takes, hopefully not 24 days again.

Hi nick, the first withdrawal that hit my account took 25 days. This second withdraw is still pending. It has been 19 days.


so hopefully next week it will hit my account. Once it hits, $5326 remaining.


max $750 withdraw at a time. This reminding $5326 will take nearly all year to be withdrawn. Crazy.

Kindly note that the customer can request and have more than 1 pending withdrawal at a time.

Please note that he can have 3 active withdrawals and can request maximum 750 AUD per 24 hours.

We would kindly ask the customer to start requesting more than 1 withdrawal at a time and not request 1 and wait for it to be completed than requesting another one .
