I'm now a VIP player at this casino and fully verified. You win and lose in this casino just like in any other. I didn't notice anything unusual here. But when I wanted to withdraw something for the first time, the whole thing started. They wanted all sorts of documents from me, some of them duplicates. It took at least a week until I was verified. The claim of 1 hour for payout, which is why I opened an account at this casino, is a lie. I waited 48 hours or more and no payout was made. I had to beg online support for a payout almost every day. The promised VIP service is nonexistent. Emails are not answered by the VIP manager. The bonus terms and conditions are very poor (40x). And if you do manage to do it, you only get 5x the bonus. That means, for example, with a bonus of €50, you get a maximum of €250. Even if you have €2,000 on the clock. One last point. This casino is not suitable for high-stakes players. The possible bet size on some slots is €100 or more per spin. However, the casino pays out a maximum of €30,000 per month.
