I have requested a payout from Crown Casino (https://crownplay4.com/gr/) on August 26, 2024. I have messaged their chat more than 20 times on 3, 5, 7 and 8 working days and all Im getting is that they are taking care of the matter extremely urgently and bla bla bla bla. I have filed a fraud complaint at Godaddy in order to have their domains revoked as well. I have asked to go through KYC but they told me thats not necessary for any withdrawals at all. I want my money. Its quite an amount and I need it. Thanks

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I have asked them more than 10 times about KYC and they told me its not needed and that payouts go out without KYC. All the excuses I keep getting is that there is a high volume of payouts and I need to be patient.


Im 100% sure that they will never pay me and that this is it
