I submitted a withdrawal request for $300 on October 20, 2023. I received an email confirming that my transaction was being processed on the same day. Another email on October 20, 2023, confirmed the approval of my withdrawal. However, I've previously experienced significant delays in receiving funds, taking as long as 13 weeks with constant excuses. According to their terms and conditions, it should only take 3 working business days, which has not been the case. It has been 7 days, and I still haven't seen the funds in my bank account. On the first day , I contacted customer support via chat, and I was told to be patient as it should take 3 business days. On the third day, another support agent in the chat informed me that it could take 3 to 7 days, and later, a different host extended the range to 3 to 10 days. Today, in my chat with a host, I was asked to provide a bank statement. My frustration stems from the lack of communication and inconsistency on the casinos end. It's evident that the funds have not been transferred correctly, despite their assurances that I wouldn't face future issues with transfers. They show constant incompetencies with transferring funds not just with myself but many players have complained.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Do I understand correctly the casino considers the current transaction approved/complete on its side?

Do I understand correctly that in addition to your delayed withdrawal from May 6th there was another withdrawal you waited for for 13 weeks?

I just received the funds in my account. This was the recent withdraw on the 20/10/23.

I also received an email from financial services today who tried to explain the process. Coming from a banking background occupation I understand how the procedures work and it doesn't line up with what the casino explained.

The case can now be closed as I have received the funds.
