I having difficulty explaining the obvious to my manager it is is clear as day I’m not asking for anything more or asking for anything to be re-instate it all I’m asking for is what the website promotes


I have reached level 8 


I had received my 100 free spins which at my choice, I cancel them. I do not want them reinstated. I don’t really care.


But I was also entitled to $450 bonus, which was never loaded on my account.. again, I’d like to repeat it was not loaded. It was not cancelled. It was not added once I reach that level….

 not loading my entitlement level bonus of $450. I had not cancelled it. I clearly just did not receive it and he’s excuse is it’s too far gone he cannot do that



They’re saying that I received it, so I submitted all my screenshots and they’re saying or you received 100 free spins like it’s like you’re talking to a brick wall. They don’t even know their own policies. It’s 100 free spins +$450 once you reach that level 8 what for God sake, I received the other levels the same way look at my screenshots then they start saying or you received on the 21st UTC time do you will take one or two days I didn’t even receive any type of butts from the 5th jan to 26th jan




What I tried to explain regardless I’ve never even had a $450 bonus either way the way you want to see it so prove to me that I received$ 450 bonus level bonus they can’t


again I received 100free spins I cancel them because I just don’t want it but the money for $450 no I wouldn’t cancel it and if I did cancel it he would come up cancelled it it’s not on my account

We do not intervene in these matters and allow casinos to make their own decisions regarding who receives loyalty rewards and who does not, especially if the bonus was supposed to be credited almost a year ago.

I had provided screenshots of the time the day it was given there only the LV8 free 100 spins usual when there 2 bonus there individual listed .. I can see on my page only the free spins not the cash … I submitted screenshots of this ! I do it again


they also sent me a email saying that I had received my bonus on the 21st January so if that is the case then I ask why and how then I received my part one of the bonus of 100free spins on the 26th when reaching that leave and how did I get the $450 part of the bonus before that time


if I receive my 100 free spins on the 26th means 1 half of level bonus … I hit that level on the 26th of January.. so how could I receive that bonus before I hit that level
