The player from Australia requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I they asked for all relevant information and I uploaded all what they had asked for I was sure that I would be able to withdraw afterwards but still have not received my money it’s been processing and also they have my account information from my bank card i ur to deposit on is it possible for them just to send it in the same bank account thank you

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

Thanks for your response it’s really helpful the site has said that I am all verified now but keep asking me to re summit my account details which I have done. I have told them in the email that I have resubmitted my account details and that is all there waiting on to pay me so hopefully I will get my money soon cheers
