I've made 2 withdrawals on the 28th June for $550 & $300

both are yet to be approved or deposited into my bank account. my account is verified I made $500 withdrawal on the 26th June and then received the money on the 27thjune. I've waited 7 business days like they said they keep telling me it's my bank that needs to approve it not them. yet my bank have nothing pending or waiting to clear from them. yet every time I ask skycrown they say it's been approved by them and sent. yet they won't send me any information about them approving nor have I received anything to say that they have. on my account with them it still says that the withdrawal requests are in progress. and when I ask for the information regarding the transaction so I can try get my bank to look Into it. skycrown tell me it's confidential information and that I can't have it.
