I won $700 went to withdraw and was told only aloud $650.i thought hmmm ok so withdraw it.i got emailed for my id check and all the rest and passed all of that.live chat said all good 24hours and I’ll receive my withdrawal.im now onto my 3rd day waiting and live chat won’t talk to me and also won’t email me back

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
