The casino bombards me with ads and ignores all unsubscribes from newsletters! The European data protection regulation is ignored! Once you are registered, data will be misused for advertising! Around a hundred emails!!! within the last 24 hours! Spam and inbox full!! Parallel to this complaint, a complaint will be filed with the data protection authority in accordance with the DSG! Furthermore, it is examined to what extent, due to the lack of a license for Austria, such a flood of advertising represents an incitement to illegal gambling!
Das Casino bombardiert mich mit Werbung und ignoriert sämtliche Abmeldungen von Newslettern! Die europäische Datenschutzverordnung wird ignoriert! Ist man erstmal angemeldet werden Daten missbräuchlich für Werbung verwendet! Um die hundert Emails!!! innerhalb der letzten 24 Stunden! Spam und Posteingang voll!! Parallel zu dieser Beschwerde wird eine Beschwerde gemäß dem DSG bei der Datenschutzbehörde eingebracht! Des Weiteren wird geprüft inwiefern, aufgrund der fehlenden Lizenz für Österreich, eine derartige Flut an Werbung, eine Anstiftung zu illegalem Glückspiel darstellt!

Hello Nick! The casino was first contacted via the homepage last week! Told them to leave me alone with their "fucking ads"! Now instead of twice a week ads I get tons of ads! Hundreds of emails since yesterday! Blocking doesn't work because GMX still delivers emails from blocked addresses! Apart from that! This is an abuse according to the European data protection regulation! Regardless of where the casino is based, it is subject to European data protection law if it offers its services within the EU! The casino doesn't seem to take the current law that seriously in general! I just say missing license

Jetzt bekomme ich statt zweimal wöchentlich Werbung Unmengen an Werbung! So hundert Emails seit gestern! Blockieren geht nicht, weil bei GMX Emails von blockierten Adressen trotzdem zugestellt werden! Mal davon abgesehen! Hier liegt ein Missbrauch gemäß der europäischen Datenschutzverordnung vor! Unabhängig vom Sitz des Casinos unterliegt dieses dem europäischen Datenschutzgesetz wenn es seine Dienstleistung innerhalb der EU anbietet! Das Casino scheint es ja allgemein nicht so ernst zu nehmen mit geltendem Recht! Ich sage nur fehlende Lizenz

The casino got enough screenshots! The ads were all from Goodman Casino!! Do you want to tell me now that MrGreen or someone else sends hundreds of advertising emails for another casino! And if you're telling me that it was an outside company, that's highly unlikely, as since my complaint a week ago, the casino has stopped emailing! Apart from that, my email would have been passed on to an external company! Another violation of the European data protection regulation! I will also send the link of this history to the data protection authority! It can't be that a criminal offense is played down here and the customer is probably to blame if casinos misuse his data!!

Why are the users always submitting complaints here, treated as if they were criminals, while corrupt casinos are "protected" by you! Of course the emails stopped! Penalties from the data protection authority can be in the millions, depending on the company's income! I reported the casino there
Natürlich haben die Emails aufgehört! Strafen der Datenschutzbehörde können ja nach Einkommen des Unternehmens in die Millionen gehen! Ich habe das Casino ja dort gemeldet
