I made a withdrawal for €210 but they keep cancelling my withdrawal. I ask them what is wrong but they I don’t get a clear answer. First they told me that I have to verify my account but I did that already. Send in al the documents and my account says "verified" so I don’t know what the problem is and ask them several times but I only get the same emails and now they tell me again that I have to verify my email address. Also did that already and I got a email from them to prove it that they confirmed that my email address is verified. So they don’t give me an clear answer what the problem is so I cant withdraw my €210.

They cancelled my withdrawal now 4 times without telling me what the problem is.

  • Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed?
  • Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Problem is solved. After the complaint came online they said that my email wasn't verified. Thats BS because i have proof that it was verified. After that i could withdraw so problem solved.
