I have been trying to verify my account for over a month now and it seems they are running me in circles.


The card that i 1st deposited on was damaged and i had to order a new card. They are asking for the old damaged card that I do not have access to anymore.


I have made a new deposit on my new card but they keep asking for old damaged card I do not have access to anymore.


At this point it feels like i have been scammed. I have reached out to support but keep getting the same generic emails back.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Do you have any official statement that the old card is damaged and no longer usable?
