This casino still hasn't wanted to pay out € 500 in winnings. They kept asking me for more documents for verification but afterwards they said they weren't right, that they don't look good, blah, blah. Important problem is that they don't want to close and cancel my account even though I have sent them more emails than closing my account. I don't know how this is possible but I contacted a lawyer for this stuff here. Here and only a trufa and other reviews can confirm this. I had the same problem with them some time ago and they saw the review and they contacted me and paid me the money I won them but after I won again they didn't want to pay anything. You don't have to play in this casino because you will never take the winnings. Read the reviews first

Omg, this is the worst casino I ever played.
One day I won on that site and tried to withdraw 260euros., but received email that I somehow didn’t follow some made up rule and they didn’t pay out plus they removed all my winnings all together 🙈lessons learned-I hope you guys stay away from this site

This casino is awesome, wanted to make a payout had to verify me and then the horor, new things were constantly requested, nothing was right, everything was refused. After that I wanted to make a payout, they just withheld my winnings and not paid out.
