Didn’t use any bonus I’ve withdrew over the minimum withdrawal amount and submitted verification etc ID still pending four days later got an email to say:

Is this your first withdrawal request in the casino? When exactly did you finish the verification process? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your winnings?

Hi no bonus funds were used. It is the first withdrawal but the email I got from them was strange basically saying if I played and deposited more it may help me rec winnings etc. I’ll leave it longer and see what happens Thankyou S
