I played on this site for about a month, and at first, everything seemed perfect: the platform was smooth, everything looked great, and there were no major problems. But when it came time to withdraw money, that's when the real trouble started.
They have a VIP level system from 1 to 5, where level 1 is the lowest and, therefore, has quite low daily and monthly withdrawal limits. In my case, because of the amount of money I played, I was quickly promoted to level 5. The problem is that, even then, the daily withdrawal limit was still low considering the account activity.
Furthermore, according to their own terms and conditions, they have up to 3 business days to process the transaction. After that, they practically wash their hands of it, saying that "the international bank is making the transfer," so you're left waiting with little clarity.
Another terrible thing is that this casino clearly doesn't like it when you win. At one point, they completely limited my sports betting, letting me wager a maximum of about $0.50. Of course, the online casino continued to function without any problems, because obviously that's where they expect to recoup their winnings.
You also need to be careful with withdrawal limits. Although I was level 5 and had a daily limit of CLP$1,050,000 and a monthly limit of around CLP$10,000,000, that monthly limit doesn't reset on the 1st of each month. It works as if it were valid for 30 consecutive days from the first withdrawal attempt, something that isn't very clear at first.
Finally, there's the infamous VIP system. Upon reaching level 5, you're assigned a "manager" who supposedly guides you through your casino experience. In practice, it's basically just another customer service representative. They don't expedite anything, resolve much, or even answer basic questions in a reasonable timeframe. They even give you their phone number to call or message them on WhatsApp, but that doesn't significantly improve the overall experience.
While you're depositing and playing, everything is perfect. But when you win and want to withdraw, the obstacles, limits, waiting times, and unclear answers begin.
Estuve jugando aproximadamente un mes en esta página y, al principio, todo parecía impecable: la plataforma fluida, todo bonito y sin mayores problemas. Pero cuando llegó el momento de retirar dinero, ahí empezó el verdadero show.
Tienen un sistema de niveles VIP del 1 al 5, donde el nivel 1 es el más bajo y, por lo mismo, tiene límites de retiro diarios y mensuales bastante reducidos. En mi caso, por la cantidad de dinero que jugué, me subieron rápido al nivel 5. El problema es que, aun así, el límite diario de retiro seguía siendo bajo considerando el movimiento de la cuenta.
Además, según sus propios términos y condiciones, tienen hasta 3 días hábiles para procesar la transacción. Después de eso, prácticamente se lavan las manos diciendo que "el banco internacional está realizando la transferencia", así que quedas esperando sin mucha claridad.
Otro punto pésimo es que a este casino claramente no le gusta que ganes. En cierto momento me limitaron directamente las apuestas deportivas, dejándome apostar un máximo de aproximadamente 0,5 USD. Eso sí, el casino online seguía funcionando sin problemas, porque obviamente ahí es donde ellos esperan recuperar lo que uno ganó.
También hay que tener ojo con los límites de retiro. Aunque yo era nivel 5 y tenía un límite diario de $1.050.000 CLP y cerca de $10.000.000 CLP mensual, ese límite mensual no se reinicia el día 1 de cada mes. Funciona como 30 días corridos desde el primer intento de retiro, algo que no queda tan claro al principio.
Por último, está el famoso sistema VIP. Al llegar a nivel 5 te asignan un "gerente" que supuestamente te acompaña en la experiencia dentro del casino. En la práctica, es básicamente otro ejecutivo de atención al cliente. No agiliza nada, no resuelve mucho y ni siquiera responde dudas básicas en tiempos razonables. Incluso te da su número de teléfono para llamarlo o escribirle por WhatsApp, pero eso no cambia demasiado la experiencia.
Mientras estás depositando y jugando, todo anda perfecto. Pero cuando ganas y quieres retirar, empiezan las trabas, los límites, las esperas y las respuestas poco claras.

I have been trying to withdraw my remaining balance of €236 since February. In the meantime, it has been canceled more than a dozen times, even though I have fulfilled all the conditions (multiple wagering requirements, etc.), which was also confirmed to me by QuickWin! Even inquiries and complaints, asking me to tell me whether I had perhaps overlooked or not fulfilled a condition, did not change anything.

Casino delayed my withdrawal I won 18k you can only do $800 every 24 hours, and 3 pending withdrawals. The chat said it takes 24 hours to clear then they changed the answer to 3 days now I’ve been waiting 6 days. So I can't really say anything negative about the site so far, except that the wagering requirements for bonuses are just way too high. Today I paid out a nice profit of €400 with a €20 deposit. It's strange that I didn't have to verify myself. I also asked support again, who assured me that you didn't have to verify yourself on the site and that it was enough if you used the same deposit/withdrawal method. .. Let's wait and see. :)

Its a nice Casino with a really user friendly layout which makes it easy to navigate and manage your favorites.
They have a really good selection of games and providers but as with all casinos unfortunately not all available to me, none the less, more than enough. This Casino is a scam, I put in approx. $300 and had a considerable win on the slots.
Since then they keep refunding my withdrawal's (of which you can only withdrawal $800 at a time)
They continually claim you have put wrong payment details which is incorrect, they don't answer emails , they don't do verification. Their chat hosts are very difficult and unfriendly, they will not put you thru to their finance dept.
Keep away, I have given up hope of ever getting a cent back from these frauds

My experience so far is top fast payout €3000 won on 10/9/23 and first payout of €500 on 10/10/23. The only thing that is negative is the payout model because you only have it 24 hours a day. You can pay out 500 euros, well the first 500 euros out of 3000 is there, let's see what the next few days bring, first impression is great.

Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about this casino. I will never deposit here again. My honest feedback:
I only received my payout after my application, verifications are used as a tool to delay payouts as much as possible. Their terms and conditions also allow them to act relatively arbitrarily in this regard, which is why I really don't understand why they have a safety index of 9.5. It should be much lower.
Support staff keep saying that no verification is needed, even after 34 queries, until the processing period has long since passed, but then verification is required to slow down the process again. In my opinion, this scam is systematic and is used to trick the player into gambling away his money.

Es wird ständig von Support-Mitarbeitern gesagt man bräuchte keine Verifizierung, auch nach 34 Nachfragen, bis die Bearbeitungsfrist bereits längst vorbei ist, dann wird doch eine Verifizierung gefordert um nochmals den Prozess zu verlangsamen. Meiner Meinung nach hat diese Masche System und wird benutzt, um den Spieler dazu zu bringen, sein Geld zu verspielen.
Hinzu kommen die ständigen Spielabstürze, kaum ein Spiel läuft flüssig, regelmäßig wird man aus dem Spiel geworfen oder ganz aus dem Casino ausgeloggt und muss sich nochmal einloggen. Ist mir sogar mal während Freispielen passiert.
Die Support-Mitarbeiter, sowohl im Live-Chat als auch per Mail, fühlen sich an wie AI-Bots. Sie schicken ständig die selben Copy-Paste-Antworten, und wenn dann doch mal persönliche Nachrichten kommen sind es auch immer die gleichen Ausreden und Lügen, als würden sie nach einem Skript handeln. Außerdem wurden mehrfach Chats einfach beendet wenn man unbequeme Fragen stellt.
