Deposited there 2-3 weeks ago,once via crypto usdc.

Requested a withdraw via crypto (same method as my deposit) and despite them saying that they take up to 3business days to give payouts , I have been waiting for 20days now and they dont tell me anything via email or with their livechat support.

They keep apologizing and saying they will hive payouts "as fast as possible" but simply i need these 1500 to pay my own bills.

I am going to week number 3 now without having reveived ANY withdraw out of the three pending that i have ongoing.

The maximum withdraw amount per transaction is 500e and I have not exceeded that , having requested 3withdrawals that dont exceed this amount ,the first one having been requested at 24/03/2025.

I deposited in this casino because i saw the high rating that you have given them but honestly i am very disappointed with them.

They havent sent me any email ,they havent requested any documents from me and they are not contacting me at all via email to tell me whats wrong.

Their livechat support keeps telling me to wait and apologises for the delay suggesting me to "wait just a little longer".

the issue is that they have been telling me the exact same thing for 15+ days now just I can’t just stay in the dark regarding my payouts.

There are two payouts of 500e each and one of 497e stuck , not getting approved and thus not getting paid to me.

first withdraw request was at 24/03/2025 and they have not contacted me in any way via email about the delay or any verification requirement.

My account stands the same as I have shown you on the screenshots when I made the complaint.

They have been sending me the same copy-paste texts on their livechat support telling me to keep waiting and they they will pay as soon as possible.

I have received still NO email from them regarding the cause of this delay or them requesting ANY verification documents.

Completely scam casino and there is no way this 8.1/10 rating os accurate.

I hope to get my money even one month later.
