I made a withdrawal request on the 7th March after a had completed all wagering requirement . My account is fully verified I keep getting told it can take between 7/21 business days to complete . Today is day 21 and I still have not had my payout when I contacted live chat they cut the chat telling me the time had not been exceeded and I still have to wait. I asked them to raise this as a formal complaint they then cut the chat and now I cannot get back on chat seems they may have blocked me. I’ve emailed support no response yet .

Hi nick I’ve had the account several months and it was fully verified when opened.

I deposited with real money and used a deposit bonus offer I played through the wagering requirements and then withdrew £200 and still had a balance left over of over £100 which I continued to play with.


I spoke to the casino earlier today when I checked the status of the withdrawal which still hadn't been processed , live chat told me the time had not been exceed of 21 days how we today is the 21st day from the date of request 7th March. When I asked for a formal complaint to be raised the chat was cut and I am now no longer able to access chat.

I emailed support and have had no response.
