After series of losses I finally won some money and went for withdrawal and this mail came to me, they are asking for:

- Copy of a notarized ID or Passport
- Selfie with you holding your ID or Passport AND your User ID written on a paper next to your face, please make sure the ID is clearly visible.
- Proof of address, this needs to be a document not older than 2 months and can be from a government office, a credit card statement, a bank statement or a utility bill.

Additionally, one of the following 3 documents:

- Your last 3 payslips
- Your last tax return
- Savings account bank statement

Further, be so kind and provide us with answers to the following questions individually:

- Job description and since when are you employed at the current company
- Annual gross and net salary
- Are you using your own funds to deposit with us?
- Do you have any other sources of income?

One agent claimed that my Bitcoin wallet address should start with "bc" and suggested that my address was incorrect. I provided them with multiple screenshots of the wallet address linked to my Chipstars account, including transaction history and hash transactions.

However, the second agent contradicted this, stating that Bitcoin wallet addresses can have various prefixes and that my address was indeed valid. Despite presenting all this evidence, my funds still have not been credited to my account, leaving me in a state of confusion and disappointment.

AVOID at all costs. You will be fighting (like others on this site) to get your withdrawals. I've even had to submit complaints to attempt to resolve it. I've never seen casinos before hold winnings hostage, normally payments are done in hours, maybe 24 at a maximum.

My account passed full KYC verification, my wins were even verified, their staff confirmed my withdrawal has been approved but yet days later still no sign of the payment only to be fed lies about their being delays on their payment provider. Delays for 72 hours for a payment provider is a complete lie, SLA's would be in breach and therefore there would be huge problems. They are clearly just employing delay tactics, as many others on here have stated. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go somewhere where payments are processed quickly.

signed up and few days ago with a small deposits, managed to get it up to a sizable sum, requested withdrawal and never happened, played most of it, and managed to request a small withdrawel a few days ago (just to test the casino) still sat as pending with the option to cancel, only signed up to try some new casinos, safe to say once withdrawal processed will be closing my account, not expecting withdrawals to be instant but for £100 with verification in place its quite poor, depositing was ok when I signed up using a debit card, now it gets declined before even going to 2FA

I was a huge fan of the whole casino thing a while back! The emphasis is on "WAS"!
I liked the simple and straightforward design of the whole site!
Starting with the more than sufficient payment methods available, the cashback offer, and fast, helpful support. And not to forget the exceptionally fast payouts (within a few minutes!).
But for some time now, all the positive experiences I've had have been diminishing very, very much...UNFORTUNATELY...!
There are regularly many delayed payouts, which leads to very different answers from different support staff when asked about this....!
For example, Supporter A: The payout is already being processed by the finance team and should be completed successfully soon...
Supporter B: Unfortunately, we have no way of keeping in touch with the finance team or consulting

I would be very grateful if someone could explain this to me without looking at it with suspicion...
It's happened to me 2 or 3 times now...
As for the current payout situation, I have no idea...Normally within 24 hours...
I'm already way past that and there's no way of knowing when I'll get my money back....?!?

I signed up with Chipstars, made a deposit of about €22, and spent more than 3 months betting exclusively on live sports. During this time, my balance grew to 1150 euros. When I requested a withdrawal of my winnings, the casino launched a full verification of my account.

I provided all the requested documents, including a notarised copy of my passport, which cost me extra money. They accepted the documents for verification, but then stopped responding.

More than six months have passed, and my account has not been verified. Eventually, they blocked my account, claiming that I was a ‘professional player’, which is not true.

👉 I did not break any rules. I have only one account. I was not involved in arbitration. I'm just a regular user who has been betting honestly.

I have already filed complaints with Casinomeister and Casino Guru, but the casino refused to resolve the issue.

❗ It looks like a scam - they come up with ridiculous reasons not to pay out winnings.

I do not recommend Chipstars to anyone. If you win a large amount, you will be blocked or ignored.
This is a dangerous casino and people need to know the truth.

First off, the website design is pleasant and very easy to navigate. They have all the payment methods that I need and many more games which are blocked on some other casinos for my location.
