AVOID at all costs. You will be fighting (like others on this site) to get your withdrawals. I've even had to submit complaints to attempt to resolve it. I've never seen casinos before hold winnings hostage, normally payments are done in hours, maybe 24 at a maximum.

My account passed full KYC verification, my wins were even verified, their staff confirmed my withdrawal has been approved but yet days later still no sign of the payment only to be fed lies about their being delays on their payment provider. Delays for 72 hours for a payment provider is a complete lie, SLA's would be in breach and therefore there would be huge problems. I signed up with Chipstars, made a deposit of about €22, and spent more than 3 months betting exclusively on live sports. During this time, my balance grew to 1150 euros. When I requested a withdrawal of my winnings, the casino launched a full verification of my account.

I provided all the requested documents, including a notarised copy of my passport, which cost me extra money. They accepted the documents for verification, but then stopped responding.

More than six months have passed, and my account has not been verified. Eventually, they blocked my account, claiming that I was a ‘professional player’, which is not true.

👉 I did not break any rules. I have only one account. I was not involved in arbitration. I'm just a regular user who has been betting honestly.

I have already filed complaints with Casinomeister and Casino Guru, but the casino refused to resolve the issue.

❗ It looks like a scam - they come up with ridiculous reasons not to pay out winnings.

I do not recommend Chipstars to anyone. If you win a large amount, you will be blocked or ignored.
This is a dangerous casino and people need to know the truth.

First off, the website design is pleasant and very easy to navigate. They have all the payment methods that I need and many more games which are blocked on some other casinos for my location.
