I have been playing in this casino and mostly I lost my money now I won and the casino has not paid me my winnings of 12000$ the only allow 1 withdrawal at a time so I try to withdraw $5500 even though I got $12000 in the account but the casino is not paying out my winnings.

Also they changed my withdrawal limit and reduced it to €5000 per day from £10k a day without telling me or sending me a email to inform me. Looks like this company is a scam al they stole my winnings

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

i have 12000$ in the account i try to withdraw the money i had they say from chipstar.bet that my withdraw limit was reduced from £10k a day to EUR5k A day the didnt tell me anything about it by mail or phone . i cancel the withdrawal and try to withdraw $5500 i wait again since sunday but i didnt get the money even though i was promised that i will get the money and today they said that i need to cancel the withdrawal and to request only £2500 i did that but still didnt get anything
