I put in a withdrawal request on the 19th of November, it took until 26th to get approved.

I was told by the casino the payment would be processed that day, it wasn't done.

I was then told it would be processed on the 27th, this also wasn't done.

I was then told they dont know when it will be processed.


Can you please assist me in getting my money paid out by the casino as always there taking there time. There was no casino bonus money used in any of the play.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise if it were your first withdrawal in this casino? Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. This isnt my first withdrawel. Its showing as approved from Thursday, I've been in touch with the casino and they've told me its still not been paid to my bank. Its always it'll be paid to ypur account tommorow but it never happens

Yeah they finally paid yesterday, 14 days my initial withdrawal request. Very slow but got there in the end.
