Playing at this casino was fine and I made multiple deposits of several hundred dollars. I verified my account after the first deposit and provided all docs they asked. Then..I tried to make a withdrawal. It’s been nearly a week now or back and forth asking for more and more documents. Asking for documents I’ve already provided. Ignoring questions I ask and just requesting the same information again and again. Customer service both via chat and email are useless and just copy and paste information. No interest in actually helping. They are running me around in circles and I don’t believe they will actually allow me to withdraw my money.

I placed bets on slots from my €10 deposit, without using any bonus money. I complied with all the document validation metrics, and was even confirmed by chat that everything had been validated on my side. I made a total profit of €230, on which I requested a withdrawal on 7.1.2025.
I was informed by email that the withdrawal would be completed within a maximum of 72 hours. This deadline has already passed and they continue to chat saying that they will process the withdrawal as soon as possible, but they do not comply. I consider this casino to be fraudulent as they have previously completely annulled a balance of winnings that I had obtained, according to them using a welcome bonus that they had given me. This casino's comments show that they act fraudulently with their customers. They cancel withdrawals and again ask for selfies holding an ID card in one hand. Another 72 hours of promises that won't be kept.

Their website advertises that you can withdraw 700 euros a day, 3500 euros a week and 14000 a month, which is a deliberate misrepresentation of facts, in other words a lie and a fraud. Why; after fully verifying my account, I requested a withdrawal of 600 euros, and two days later I requested another withdrawal of 600 euros. The first 600 were processed after three days, and the second was rejected on the same day on the grounds that I had reached my daily limit. They could have processed it a day later! How are you supposed to withdraw 5x700 euros a week if they take 72 hours?? So you can only withdraw twice at most (1400 euros). This is simply fraud! The customer is lied to and ripped off. I can only strongly advise against this casino and the lying fraudsters!!! Don't open an account and deposit, instead donate the money to a good cause.

Playing at this casino was fine and I made multiple deposits of several hundred dollars. I verified my account after the first deposit and provided all docs they asked. Then..I tried to make a withdrawal. It’s been nearly a week now or back and forth asking for more and more documents. Asking for documents I’ve already provided. Ignoring questions I ask and just requesting the same information again and again. Customer service both via chat and email are useless and just copy and paste information. No interest in actually helping. They are running me around in circles and I don’t believe they will actually allow me to withdraw my money.

Their website advertises that you can withdraw 700 euros a day, 3500 euros a week and 14000 a month, which is a deliberate misrepresentation of facts, in other words a lie and a fraud. Why; after fully verifying my account, I requested a withdrawal of 600 euros, and two days later I requested another withdrawal of 600 euros. The first 600 were processed after three days, and the second was rejected on the same day on the grounds that I had reached my daily limit. They could have processed it a day later! How are you supposed to withdraw 5x700 euros a week if they take 72 hours?? So you can only withdraw twice at most (1400 euros). This is simply fraud! The customer is lied to and ripped off. I can only strongly advise against this casino and the lying fraudsters!!! Don't open an account and deposit, instead donate the money to a good cause.

Man kann somit höchstens zweimal ( 1400 Euro ) Das ist schlicht weg Betrug! Der Kunde wird belogen und verarscht. Ich kann nur dringend von diesem Casino und den verlogenen Betrügern abraten!!!
