My experience with Betovo has been extremely negative regarding its management of responsible gaming.
On February 27, 2026, I requested the permanent closure of my account and self-exclusion, initially via chat and subsequently via email, as directed by customer service.
Despite this, the account remained operational, and I was able to continue depositing and playing in the following days. Only after further communication and filing a complaint regarding deposits made after the self-exclusion request was the account effectively closed.
During the complaint handling process, it was claimed that a follow-up email would be sent. However, this communication was never directly shown to me or shared with me in its entirety.
The matter was also investigated by Casino Guru. Although the complaint was ultimately closed without a refund, it was acknowledged that my self-exclusion request was clear and that the casino could have implemented temporary security measures and a more cautious approach.
For this reason, I cannot recommend Betovo to anyone who values transparency, player protection, and timely handling of self-exclusion requests.
