I have been playing at this casino for a few months now and loved it in the begining as I had a couple of good wins and withdrew my winnings twice without too much wait, as it stipulates in there regulations withdrawals can take up to 3 buisness days to be approved and a further 3-5 buisness days to reach your designated account. I opted for bank transfer as my payment method which is recommended to be the fastest way to recieve my money. The first 2 withdrawals I made I received without too much drama. This time around I have requested 2 x $800 withdrawals which you are only allowed 3 withdrawals at one given time so it was under the max withdrawal limit. I made the first request on the 03/12/2024 and the second request 04/12/2024 after waiting a week I started to contact customer service daily via live chat and via emails to see what was happening with my withdrawal request as the status of my withdrawals hadn't changed it was still under review. Each time I made contact I was told exactly the same thing every time it was like an automated message was sent telling me exactly the same thing to my disappointment but I would still contact them daily to be told the same thing over and over. You can imagine how frustrated I was getting. Now it's the 19/12/2024 and nothing has changed I am still waiting to recieve my winnings whilst still playing at the casino every day with hope of my withdrawal changing status. I'm just about to loose the plot waiting for this. I have wasted so much time and money trying to have this situation resolved as it is almost Christmas and I am counting on this money so we can have a good Christmas. The way it is looking so far it seems as Christmas will be spent without anything to put on the table. I'm at my whitts end. What do I do. Other than this I can't fault the casino games ect. But the customer service and payout time frame has to be questioned. There is a lot that needs attentio to bring this experience up to a five star rating. Kingmaker please help me

It's the second time I throw money at this casino. I'm not discussing that for over a thousand euro deposits I didn't get any bonus even though I applied, I never got an offer. Complete indifference. Leaving aside that I didn't make any significant wins playing low stakes. I asked for a bonus at the end and they gave me 50 euro wager X40 which was also lost on low stakes. I question its operation in general and more their behavior. Asking for my cash back, they deactivated my account saying it was at my request. Chaos rated above 8. Well done.

At the moment, very bad expectations for KingMaker casino. Games well but 3rd day and withdrawal still waiting for approval, let's see if I ever get my money.

I did have to reach out to Live Chat to get the Bonus credited, however it was credited shortly after.

Turnover Requirements
Qualify for Bonus = 1x @ 1.5+ odds.
Conversion = (Deposit + Bonus) * 6 @ 2.0+ odds or combo with 1.5+ odds 2+ legs.

I hit the turnover requirements pretty quickly through some Live Betting on Table Tennis (awful trying to pick winners there!).

Before completing the Bonus requirements, I did ask if I could verify my account knowing full well I'd have to verify prior to withdrawal. Asked a couple times on chat, each time told "nothing to verify at this point" - which I knew, because the verification page said this.

Did have an issue with my bonus turnover not calculating/adding up. It was stuck on $75 after several hundreds of dollars worth of qualifying bets. Did take several chats to get it resolved, a couple of the chats were useless, telling me about T&Cs when I pointed out I already had read them. Clearly the Live Chat operators weren't employees of Kingmaker, as I had to show them a copy of a promo available on their promotions page via screen shot.

Low and below, 48 hours after submitting a withdrawal, it was put on paused advising I had to KYC.

KYC itself seemed a bit excessive;

- Photo ID front/back
- Proof of Address
- Copies of card front/back
- Unedited transaction history from account linked to card
- Selfie in front of a device showing the Kingmaker website.

The first three I have no issue with, but the unedited transaction history seems a bit intrusive.

Did the KYC, after reading in the T&Cs it could take up to 10 days, Live Chat told me it would be within 3 business days. 10 days seems like a long time, 3 I could accept, even though its 2024 and KYC could/should be instant.

KYC compete Aug 14th from my side, and acknowledged complete by Aug 16th (2 days), so not bad there by KM.

When: Aug 13 (it sat pending due to KYC)
Paid: Aug 16th in afternoon
Received: Within 60 minutes

Overall, a reasonably standard experience, nothing special. As is with any casino doing shared Live Chat services, they were only able to provide very generic responses, occasionally just deflecting the question (i.e "Not our team", or "can't see that info").

I wouldn't be racing back to use them, but as far as "did I get paid?" well yes, I deposited, won, and received my money within a reasonable time frame. Ultimately, that's what you want from a casino, the fact you'll be paid if you win.

DO NOT TRUST KINGMASTER. I have been playing a few weeks and from day 1 I did a withdrawal 4 days later I did 2 more, that was 12days ago, I have not received money in my account and I've sent at least 20 emails just to get a generated reply, live chat tells me to email. This is my first time writing a review. All is well with this particular casino in deposit games and in general in the environment until it is time to withdraw.
There things are tragically huge delays for no reason and a support that only says to be patient.
I don't recommend it just because there will be a lot of hassle when it comes time to withdraw. After all, it is no coincidence that there are so many complaints about the exact same issue.

Good variety of games. Good design. Registration is quick. Lots of deposit options. But that's where the positives end. Payouts are very bad. They don't stick to their own terms and conditions. Payouts should take 3 working days. Not kept. When you ask in the help chat, you only get standard sentences that are copied and pasted. Hardly any employee answers your personal question. Always copies the same answer, with a few exceptions who then come out with the truth. Payouts cannot be canceled by yourself, as stated. At certain times the games no longer run smoothly. Either you have to reload it or the game no longer loads at all. I'm still waiting for 3 payouts that are not approved or processed. They are overloaded. It is not possible to verify your identity in advance before requesting a payout in order to ensure an accelerated payout. If the casino answers my queries or emails quickly and requests the payout promptly, I will change my rating again. But at the moment I can't say anything good about this casino. There are no sensible answers in the chat or by email. You don't feel like you're in good hands there.

Very bad experience. Poor RTP, hanging games, login problems. Total lack of chat support and zero e-mail contact. Responsible gaming does not exist. A casino focused only on profit with zero attitude towards the player. Despite dozens of requests and e-mails, they do not want to close or freeze the account. They insult my chat and do not respond to emails. It's a shame to open an account... there are much better online casinos. I strongly warn against this casino :)

As long as a casino does not pay the withdrawal to the customer, from my point of view it gets the lowest grade.
The casino looks good, has good offers, a nice and practical page, as well as the sports bets. It's just that I don't approve the withdrawal from here and the negative grade

It's been exactly a month since I've been waiting for funds to be withdrawn from my account! I have never withdrawn money from my account. I was tormented for 3 weeks with account verification. In the end, I passed the verification, but it seemed to them that it wasn’t enough to torture me and they continued again. Now they are tormenting me with a new nagging. They need to prove that I don't use VPN. I have already logged into my account from different places to prove that I am not using VPN and so on. All hell with VPN lasts a week! I do not recommend this casino to everyone. I still can’t withdraw my money and it’s the second month of my problems with the casino!!!! It's horrible!!!
