The player from United Kingdom had his winnings cancelled due to placing a single bet greater than 30% of the last deposit. We ended up closing the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino refused to pay the player's winnings.
I requested a withdrawal from casino and they ha e finally updated me saying they are voiding my request is this a con I have had several issues with them which have been logged with you and resolved but not to this high value and now they are saying I can't have the funds. Please advise and help me with this as this is a joke we are talking about a large sum of money.
This is the response I have just received from themHello Mark,
We are glad to see you are winning well at the casino.
Please be advised that you had won with your deposit of €45.
As you are aware, the max bet with your deposit is under 30%. Unfortunately in line with terms of the conditions of the casino, we checked your gameplay and found that you made bets greater than 30% on the 28th of April while playing Atlantis Thunder St. Patrick's Day.
You are able to check your bets in your gameplay history.
As it is written in the T&C, Section 9.
9. Betting rules
9.1. It is the Player’s responsibility to know the rules of the game where he is placing wager.
9.2. The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play or additional betting rules described in Terms & Conditions.
9.3. "Irregular play" includes, inter alia:
9.3.1. Placing bets or Purchasing in-game features including but not limited to free spins equal with the "total value" greater than or equal to 30% (thirty percent) of the smallest deposit in play.
Regretfully your withdrawal shall be forfeited and your winnings voided, but we encourage you again to try and win, within the rules of the Casino.
If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact our live support or by responding to this email.
Best regards,
Finance Department
Additional comments from the player:
"As I have since cancelled my previous withdrawal request of 2850 I have requested a lower amount and will continue to play the site with the current amount I was in communication with them and I hope the new amount of 1500 will be paid.
I had deposited nearly 600 in April with no return until my luck changed when I deposited a further 45 and my return was 2850 to which they have declined to pay so I have placed a new withdrawal of 1500 which I fear still will not be paid.

For a site to advertise jackpots as high as 25000 they should advise this is not acheivable I feel cheated beyond belief"
Dear Mark,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. I have checked the general terms and conditions, and yes I found the same rule https://www.lordofthespins.com/general-terms-conditions/?lang=en:

Could you please confirm that you haven’t activated any bonus when depositing funds into your account and confirm that your last deposit was €45? Are you aware of placing any bets equal to or greater than €13,50?
Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Petronela
No bonus has been activated nothing I deposited 45 on the back of several losses easier in the week surely when you win you increase your bet size for larger return
Thank you very much, Mark, for providing all the necessary information. I will now transfer your complaint to my colleague Peter who will be at your assistance. I wish you best of luck and hope to see your problem being resolved to your satisfaction in the near future.
Hi Mark,
I looked at your case and understand the situation. We consider this type of rule to be unfair and are strongly convinced that you should get paid in full. I will contact the casino and see if I can help. I would like to invite Lord of the Spins Casino to the conversation to participate in the resolution of this complaint.
Best regards,
Peter
Hi Mark,
I updated this complaint and we merged all your complaints into this one. The current disputed amount is now €6000.
They have approved a pay out of 1500 and voided all other amount of winnings which I highly dispute yesterday I spoke with the casino and they said I had broken the rules which I hadn't I deposited and player and won they refused my original withdrawal of 2850 and reluctantly agreed to approve a lower value of 1500 so I continued playing and won further which increased to 4.9k when I got communication yesterday of approval I noticed the 4.9k was voided on my account reducing my balance to 0.00
Hello all,
Thank you for contacting us.
We understand that Mark has submitted a complaint regarding the decision made by the Casino to remove the winnings owing to irregular play.
The Casino also expects all potential players to read all the terms and conditions. The winnings were voided for breaking the 30% Rule.
"9. Betting rules

Please be advised that we view "over-betting" as a violation of the service we provide, and an attempt to deal unfairly with us.
The Casino has no obligation to pay any winnings that were owned by irregular bets.
However, Mark has signed an agreement with the Casino, in which he discharge any claims that he had with the casino in order to get a deal for 1,500 Euros;
The withdrawal of 1,500 Euros has been paid yesterday.
Due to this fact, we consider this case as closed.
Kind regards,
Lord Of The Spins Casino
Robbed of winning the other amount of 4.9k wasn't discussed when I spoke with them yesterday it was purely regarding the approval of 1500.
The remaining balance was duped from me this is a violation of gambling
They refused 2850 due to this so called violation.
So I cancelled the request and placed a new 1500 amount leaving 1350 on balance continued to play and got the balance to 4.9k
So they approve the 1500 and delete the remaining balance wow just wow and no the payment hasn't been received
Hi all,
Thank you for your replies.
As mentioned above, we are aware of the maximum bet rule for regular play in the casino. However, we strongly disapprove of its enforcement and think that the player should get paid in full. We consider the rule to be unfair and predatory. If a player plays with their real money, they shouldn't be limited this way and no such rule should be applied. I'm afraid unless the player gets paid in full, we will have to close this case against the casino.
I'm sorry unless I get paid in full you will have to close this case against the casino??
So that's no further pay out then player has been robbed of winnings and according to the above response guru are unable to proceed further
Dear Mark,
Unfortunately, we haven't heard from the casino anymore. Please note that we don't own the casino and we don't grant licenses to any casinos. There is practically no way to force the casino to pay you, especially when its rating is currently 0.0. I strongly recommend you take a look at the reviews before you deposit money in casinos. The complaint will be closed as "unresolved". I wish I could be of more help.
Best regards,
Peter
