The player from the UK is not able to withdraw her bonus winnings probably due to purchasing in-game features. Unfortunately, the player was not able to provide further information and close her casino account, so we rejected the complaint.
I deposited 50 euros got bonus but apparently becoming I bought a bonus on juicy gems 32 euro I breached terms and conditions which meant no matter how much I won I couldn’t get it took them 4 days to tell me that .why dose it not tell you straight away that by buying bonus you can’t get any winnings .looks like a desperate way to take your winnings I played for hours to wager my bonus to be told that 4 days later.

"9.3. "Irregular play" includes, inter alia:
9.3.1. Placing bets or Purchasing in-game features including but not limited to free spins equal with the "total value" greater than or equal to 30% (thirty percent) of the smallest deposit in play.
